ITEMS PROVIDED

The following items are provided in each home:  furniture, pots/pans/utensils, blankets, linens, towels (6 bath, 6 hand, & 6 wash cloths per bathroom), 2 small soaps per bathroom, toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent, hand dish detergent.

HINTS TO MAKE YOUR STAY PLEASANT AND TROUBLE-FREE

If you have a favorite skillet or pot, you may wish to bring it along. 

Some of our rental units have a telephone with long distance block; you will need a calling card for your long distance calls.

Most units have standard cable service.

Grills are available in most rental units, except for the units at Lago Vista Resort.  They require thorough cleaning after use before you depart.  They are NOT allowed on wooden patios or decks. 

Leave furniture in original place inside the home and do not take outside on deck or patio.

Some of the rental units are on septic systems, nothing in the toilets but tissue!  You will be charged for a plumber’s visit if we must call a plumber to unclog a toilet; the fee will be deducted from your damage/security deposit.

If you break an item in the home, please let us know so we can take care of it.

Please park only in the street or driveway; cars damage grass and septic lines.

Smoking is not allowed in any rental unit.

Pets are only allowed in designated units.  If a pet is observed in or on any property where a pet is not permitted, your entire deposit will be forfeited plus any damages
