Approximately 740 sq ft. 1 bedroom/2 bath townhouse.  Dine inside the home or outside on the patio.  Living area has a full size fold-down Murphy bed and a pull-out sofa bed.  The bedroom has 2 queen size beds.  Located in Lago Vista and only 2 blocks from the waterfront.  Not a waterfront or lake view home but does have use of a nearby huge waterfront park to enjoy the sparkling lake waters.  There is a nearby boat rental, an 18 hole golf course, a wildlife sanctuary, and an abundance of deer and other wildlife.  If your group is larger, we recommend also reserving additional nearby units.
