Approximately 740 sq. ft. remodeled, 1 bedroom/2 bath townhouse.  Dine inside the home or outside on the patio.  A charcoal grill is provided for use on the patio.  The living area has a full size fold-down Murphy bed and a full size pull-out sofa bed.  There are 2 queen size beds in the bedroom.  The villa is not  a waterfront or lake view home but does have use of a nearby huge waterfront park to enjoy the sparkling lake waters.  There is a nearby boat rental, an 18 hole golf course, a wildlife sanctuary, and an abundance of deer and other wildlife.  Enjoy this nice villa near Lake Travis at a modest rate.  If your group is larger, we recommend also reserving other similar nearby units.
